A few years ago, a daydreaming corporate drone attended an after work function hosted by a coworker. Not knowing what to bring to the fiesta, he stopped off at the local Korean market and picked up a couple packages of marinated Korean BBQ (better known as bulgogi).

To his utter shock, no sooner had he placed the bulgogi on the grill than an all out scrum broke out for the last piece of meat. Then a light went on in his head BOIINGGG!!! Why not offer this relatively unknown gem of a food and deliver in a vehicle that everyone is familiar with (e.g. a tortilla shell)? Thus, the inspiration for this wickedly delicious concept was born, "La Tacorea."
